1. Voucher Redemption
Advance reservation is required prior the use of product. Simply call +66 2 266 0123 or email events.rosh@sheraton.com and refer to the order number in the receipt when making a reservation.

2. Table Reservation

Simply call +66 2 266 0123 or email events.rosh@sheraton.com and refer to the order number in the receipt when making a reservation.

Once the reservation is confirmed, any amendment can be made within 3 days prior the reservation date. All no show will be charged and the voucher can not be redeemed.

3. Payment Method

At the moment, we accept payments via credit card, debit card through Paypal account. 

If you don't have any PayPal account, please click "Pay with debit/credit card" in Paypal.

4. Refunds & Return Policy

Once the product is purchased at the online store, any refunds or return of the product is not applicable.

5. No Show Policy

Once the reservation is confirmed, any amendment can be made within 3 days prior to the reservation date. All no show will be charged and the voucher can not be reused.
